The Cincinnati Reds joined the National League in 1890 and since then they have won five World Series titles, nine NL pennants, and 10 division titles. The Big Red Machine enjoyed the majority of their success in the 1970's, winning back to back World Series Championships in 1975 & 1976. It was no suprise either, given the names on those rosters - Pete Rose, George Foster, Joe Morgan, Johnny Bench, Tony Perez, Ken Griffey and led by Hall of fame manager Sparky Anderson. Back in those days they played at Riverfront Stadium. These days they play their games at the Great American Ballpark which is located just to the north of where Riverfront once stood.
