Please note: Logos must be provided in a vector file format (.AI/.EPS) otherwise a redraw fee may be applied.

Step 2

You will receive an email and or phone call from a Zipchair representative within 24 hours.

If logo file is correct and approved, it will be digitized and sent over for approval via email. (3-5 Business Days)

Step 3

Once the logo is approved, we will package your chair and logo panel to ship to your location.

Receive up to $100 back on your chair if you provide a brief video talking about the chair.

The Only Part of the Chair that Can Be Customized is the Logo Panel...

All Zipchair products come in only ONE Color - Black.

Depending on the complexity of the embroidery, additional fees may apply and will be indicated on the quote. Preferred Logo upload is an .ai or .eps file. Any other file type is subject to additional fees and can result in a longer production time. Zipchair reserves the right to refuse any submitted logo design.

We Cannot Accept Designs Which Include the Following...

• Any content that violates the trademark of a third party or their intellectual property rights (such as professional sports teams, celebrity names, phrases, words, or color or design combinations used with certain words). Designs must adhere to our guidelines. Zipchair reserves the right to refuse any submitted design.
• Content which could be interpreted as inciting violence.
• Insulting or discriminatory material.
• Inappropriate slang.
• Profanities.
• Any material we would not wish to appear on our product
