Every logo panel is embroidered on-demand and specifically for your order. Most orders ship within 3 to 7 business days after your order has been received and processed. A logo panel refers to our patented XZipit system. Instead of embroidering on each chair, we invented this incredible system which allows you to display any logo you want on any of our products. The logo panel is made of the same material as your chair and contains zippers on both the left and right side of it. On each chair there is a hidden zipper system where you can simply zip on and off any logo. Not only does the logo panel system give you tremendous flexibility to change the look of your chair, it gives us greater control over the embroidery process in order to deliver you a spectacular finished product.
Your logo panel is included in the box and enclosed in a plastic bag with a red stripe which reads "Logo Panel Enclosed". If you ordered multiple products, all logos panels will be in one package. We use a variety of shipping partners depending on the product. The Curve Task Chair, Office Chair 1000, Side Chair 2000, Bar Stool 2000, Stealth Recliner, Game Rocker 100 and Xpression Gaming Chair all ship via UPS. The Silver Sofa, Silver Loveseat, Silver Club Chair, Rocker Recliner and Relax Recliner are delivered curbside via a freight truck. We have a variety of freight partners and depending on your location, we select the best shipping rate and partner. We also partner with the industry leading White Clove delivery service who will deliver your furniture to the room of choice inside your home, set it up and take away any boxes or packing material. Using the zipper system under the flaps, simply attach your panel and zip it on. In some cases, the logo panel may appear to be longer. There is nothing wrong with your product, it just requires you to tuck the panel in. This will keep it taut and in place.
